I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I have 10+ years in the field, and I love what I do.
My clients and colleagues have described me as warm, compassionate, humorous, grounding, accepting, assertive and direct.
My offerings includes individual counseling; clinical supervision and consult for fellow counsellors; group therapy and individual counseling for post -secondary students.
I pursue ongoing training in working with trauma on the individual, group and institutional levels.
In order to maintain high professional and ethical standards of care, I receive ongoing clinical supervision from Bridgid McGowan and Lydia Rosental, and co-convene a peer professional consult group based in the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy model.
Outside of my work, you can find me with family and friends, and patronising the arts. I can provide pictures of my cat, Roo, upon request.
